Good Points

Powerful, looks nice, classic


Bad Points

Very heavy, on the harder side to cock, bit of a kick


General Comments

This gun is very powerful. it has a hooded open sight. the recoil is quite strong but the ventilated rubber recoil butt pad helps this. also its cambered for the old 5.6mm pellets not the 5.5mm pellets, so it can be hard to find pellets in the right caliber. i use eley wasp pellets in the blue tin. these are good quality and shoot well.the underlever is relatively hard to cock, but once u get the hang of it its fine. It is also very heavy, so it can be tiring to carry and keep cocking out in the field or in the woods hunting. i coupled this rifle with a 3-9x40 SMK rifle scope and it shoots like a beast. the "S" version of this gun has the checkering i believe. it has a rifled barrel. adjustable trigger.
