Unhelpful customer support run from a third world country.

General Comments

Had trouble connecting and phoned support. Spoke to someone whom I could hardly understand. Spent 30 minutes altering my settings as he told me. Still no connection so he downloaded a remote access tool and changed things. Told me it must be my anti virus software so disabled it and still unable to connect. He called his manager who told me BT were experiencing problems with the server! Wasted an hour and had to put all my settings back.
