Good efficient way to boil vegetables, rice or pasta.
Bad Points
The gasket and the weight were faulty when I bought it. Moreover the website specified on the instruction manual doesn't exist so I don't know where to order the replacement parts from.
General Comments
Do not buy this Prestige Aluminium Pressure Cooker in the UK. The company is well established in India and that is the only reason I bought it as there were other pressure cookers available in the market as well but this product that they are selling in UK has been a disappointment to me.

I used spares 2 go, they will seek out the right parts for your pressure cooker, it does take a bit of time though and cost is roughly 12,50 for a ring. Customer service quick to respond to calls and very polite. may be worth a try.
