Good Points

Slight sea views.


Bad Points

Firsty, there was zero customer service skills from management. The room was cleaned only one in a week stay. We were not given any fresh towels until day 5 of the holiday so we had to go to reception and request them at which point we were interrogated as to why we wanted fresh towels by the rude, obnoxious management. Bed linen is only changed every 8 days. The mattress on one of the beds was in a bad condition. None of the electrical sockets in one of the rooms worked. The door handle to the balcony was faulty and fell off the door.


General Comments

On our arrival the reception was shut and our keys left on the counter, we had to find our rooms ourselves and we were unable to open one of the doors with the key. We asked the bar for assistance, he was also unable to open the apartment door. We were then put another room which was dirty and dark with no bed linen or towels.
The following day when the reception opened the manager was again rude and offered our party of four one room instead of the two we had paid for as the door was broken, but, she was not willing to refund us our money for one room.
The attitude of the manager was completely unacceptable and rude. I would not recommend a stay at this dirty disgusting, poorly managed hotel.
