I think it is absolutely fantastic that you have given the older women the respect that they deserve to still feel they are attractive. The best I wish is that this episode could reach every woman 50 and older and every daughter 35 and over to be able to help their mum. Great job. Don't stop we as woman need so much encouragement as we age. I am 41 in 3 days and currently 45kg with 2 children youngest turning 13 in 20 days. Thankyou please keep up the good work.

I wish your show would continue all year round. At a time slot for earlier viewing. The basics that you are trying to get across in re-educating I believe should be available to all ages. Thankyou. As stated above I am 41 with a Mum of 73 who I will definately take shopping with your latest advise and transform her wardrobe. One point of interest. Women who have had full or partial breasts removed due to cancer etc. These women need to be included, as they loose so much of their feminity due to these procedures. There is so much out there that they need to see and be open to. Their need to feel and look like a woman is so important. Please try to look into this. I would love to me able to help my Mother in Law in this regard. Prothesis's are so expensive and there must be a cheaper alternative in water bras etc. Keep up the FANTASTIC work. I am currently 41 with 2 children 13 & 15 finally back to 45kg (high school weight) unfortunately gravity is playing a very big roll. You have both been inspiring . You have awesome bodies. be proud of yourselves and what you are doing.
