I've been using ASOS for a while now, ever since summer 2007 when I first got hooked, all I wanted was some sunglasses and now I can't stop!!!

I have never ever ever had a problem with them. Customer service has always been helpful, delivery has been extremely quick, and the overall product is amazing, as is product availability.

The other day I ordered some things and they were delivered the next day although I had paid for standard (3-4 I think) delivery! Yay ASOS!

Most people downgrading ASOS obviously aren't regulars and/or are doing something wrong. Sure it is possible that they can make some mistakes (like delivering wrong items) but it's easy fixed and shipping is cheap anyway!
