There were no e-tickets available for this trip, they were physical tickets. If you want to make a change or cancel the tickets, you need to take them in person to the agency. No emails to confirm the travel arrangements either - their procedures are dated.


General Comments

On Nov 07 I bought 2 tickets to go to Japan via Moscow with Aeroflot, these tickets were fully refundable except for a cancellation fee of USD60 which would be levied from the total amount. About a week later I needed to change the dates but there were no more seats available with Aeroflot so I had to cancel and have the tickets refunded. After several attempts to get them refunded, they did refund the amount for only 1 of the tickets on March 08!!
I've been calling customer services ever since and I always hear the same excuse that the person who is in charge of the refund will call them to clear things up, and that they would call me back, but they never did. I have to remember to call them all the time and it's quite a pain to keep chasing them as I'm busy and have to remember this all the time. It's so frustrating!!
I ended up not flying with them but needless to say never again!!
