I ordered in February 2008 - their website offers delivery within 14 days. it took 2 months for me to receive the order and then part of it was missing and I am still waiting for that now 4 months later and after numerous phone calls and emails.
I do not recommend this company.

I placed and order for Soap bombs soaps and other bath items on the 6/03/2008
Their website states 14 days delivery.
I called on Monday the 17th to check on the progress of my order and was told that it would be sent out on Friday 21/03/08 for delivery on Monday 24th. As this was a bank holiday I left it for and other day I then was informed that it would be dispatched on 28/03/08.
I called on that date to enquire if it had been dispatched only to be told that it would be dispatched on 01/04/2008 I decided to cancel the order and was informed by their customer service who was very apologetic that my money would be refunded.
I decided to take this up with pay pal and was refunded within 2weeks of complaining about them.
