Speed is probably the very best quality with IDNet. My speed is ALWAYS within a couple of hundred kbps or so of my 'profile' - any time of day or night. I've never heard of another ISP which provides this sort of service
None for me.
I admit the invoicing service is not the most efficient I have ever come across - but minor issues have been sorted out straight away so I don't think even this constitutes a 'bad point'
Speed is incredible, support is superb (on the very rare occasion you need it) and the 'no penalty' one month contract means that you're not 'tied' in the unlikely event you'd want to leave. IDNet's not the cheapest ISP around, but for the few extra pounds, you get a service that you can actually ENJOY using. It's also great fun to challenge canvassers from other ISPs to guarantee to match every aspect of IDNet's service - they won't!
