Good Points

Very easy and quick to set up your premium payment.


Bad Points

Extremely poor at paying the insurance when it is required


General Comments

Avoid Pinnacle like the plague!
My policy was originally with Marks and Spencer...great service. M&S stopped providing this product ac ouple of years ago and transferred all policies to Pinnacle.
After being made redundant in 2003, I have had only two payments from them (I should have had 6) It was like drawing teeth to get these payments, writing letters to them etc, before a senior person at M&S intervened and made them provide the first payment. They invent all sorts of detail in an attempt to remove their obligation/liability.
Be very careful!!!
