Customer services. Poor safety culture. Older aircraft
We recently booked with Travel City Direct but were passed on to XL which turned out to be the worst flight of our lives. We are regular travellers to Orlando and can honestly say never again! We booked sunshine first, but, as seems to be the usual with this company we were downgraded to economy which had the worst seat pitch we have ever experienced. Despite promises of guaranteed sunshine first seats for the return journey we were again bitterly disappointed. I would not use this company again even if it was free!
