None in my experience.


Bad Points

Was not happy with communication, I cannot get through on the phone and no reply to emails as far as I am concerned.


General Comments

We booked a holiday and someone canceled the charge was £172.00 which we phoned to pay, we were then advised we had no money outstanding on the account and may they would contact us regarding a refund on money overpaid. Then another call two days later asking for over £500 pound. We asked to speak to supervisor, she was unavailable but she would call us back, that was over a week ago and despite numerous calls and emails they have not yet as far as I am aware contacted us as when we call we get cut off. We go on holidays in less than 3 weeks and have paid over £1000 already on the holiday and the matter has not yet been resolved. We did today receive a call from payments department asking now for £340. We explained the situation and told them we will pay the original £172 fee but this department cannot sort out, and they could not put us through to supervisor as she was unavailable again. What are we to do in this situation?
