Where do I start?
General Comments
I've only been with Lloyds for about 2 months and I'm already unhappy. My main problem is their overdraft policy. When setting up my bank account, I twice said no to having an overdraft. Thus when taking out money I assumed that once my account hit £0.00 I would not be able to take out anymore. Oh how wrong I was. I was in fact a few pence overdrawn (even though I repeatedly rejected an overdraft) and now owe ridiculously high overdraft charges.
