Bad Points

An acquired taste you will either love or loathe it!

General Comments

I have just started drinking infusions rather than ordinary tea just for a new taste experience. I have to say I am rather liking this one! Peppermint is known to aid digestion, therefore this infusion would be perfect for drinking with or after a meal.
It is naturally caffeine free and contains no added sugar or flavourings, which means it could form part of a calorie controlled diet as part of a healthy lifestyle.

To make up, one teabag in a cup, pour on boiling water, allow to brew for 2-3 minutes and you have a lovely drink, though I wait a little longer for it to cool down. It tastes great without added sweeteners but that is a matter of your personal taste. You can add a little honey or sweeteners if you wish.

With summer on it's way I think these infusions really are a more refreshing cuppa.
