Successfully sends to mobile phones that are in the United States.
Very rarely does a text message arrive at an international mobile phone number.
The first time I signed up for TextHQ www.texthq.com about 2 years ago, the messages would successfully send to South Korea mobile phones. However, I started using TextHQ www.texthq.com again this summer, and none of my messages were sent to South Korea. Even if the messages do not send, you don't get your credits back. Once you press the send button, your money is gone whether or not texthq was able to complete your job.
Don't even bother trying to complain to texthq about this. The website boasts about its speedy service, but from my experience it's far from it. I have never gotten a single reply to any of the emails and support requests I sent to date.
However, when I send "test" text messages to my US mobile phone number, I always receive them. So if you are looking to send messages to someone with a US cell phone number, then it works with texthq.
