General Comments

I made several purchases over the last 3/4 years. The main reason I decided to go along with Aiara Technology was their competitive price. While their managers are comparatively polite and arrogant, the salespersons are quite arrogant and rude. Though do have they have geographical (Landlines) numbers e.g. 0161, but like many other companies nowadays, they would only expect you to contact them on 0870 numbers. Finally I decided to discontinue with Aria because of their miserable courier company City Link. It was not for Aria as such, despite of having a couple of experiences of misleading price quoting and being overcharged.
Last March I ordered a custom built PC with a screw-free casing, alongside a few accessories. The PC was finally delivered 13 days behind the scheduled date, and that too without a without a tool/screw-free casing and without a proper invoice! I kept pressing for a proper fully breakdown invoice and after a lengthy tussle and boring persuasion finally when they provided me a breakdown invoice last week, I discovered (surprise surprise!) that they had overcharged me a whopping £43.59! I have sent an email straightway asking for an immediate refund. I neither have received the refund, nor heard anything from them so far.
As mentioned, it seems good value for money, but having said that, I also need to add, only if you are not being overcharged!
