Polite Staff
Drunken Passengers, very small seats, delays at both ends
We flew with Monarch last September, flight was delayed by 55 mins going out and 1.5 hours coming back, check in was very slow but had left plenty of time so was ok
Didnt choose any meals as was evening / crack of dawn flights so cant comment there
Some confusion at Corfu airport, seemed to be several flights all taking off at similar times and lots of people ended up in the wrong queues
Seats were 'cosy' to put it mildly! I am only 5'5 but was snug.
Only passengers that spoiled flight out was a large rugby team going on a drinking tour and were already drunk when boarding, airline staff seemed quite young and unable to deal with their rowdiness unfortunately
