The rating is only 3 because of the customer support in the Exeter site.
My wifes car was involved in an accident and needed to be repaired. My insurance company told me that Nationwide Crash Repair Centre would be doing the work on my car. Great, I thought, and they offered me a courtesy car to be getting on with. The first problem we had was the 07 plate Ford Focus courtesy car that had only done 7 thousand miles but leaked oil all over my brand new driveway. I wasn't a happy bunny! They came and exchanged the courtesy car for us. After two weeks I had to call them and find out what was going on with the car and the following day it was returned with missing and damaged trims that had to be removed to apply the paint. By this point I wasn't very happy at all. The car was collected and we where given another courtesy car. A whole month has now gone and they have only just today tried to deliver the car back to me. This time I have found yet another problem with the paint job missing paint on some areas on the car. I phoned the MD of the Exeter depot and the car is now on it's way back to them for the third time. I hope they get it finished to a good quality this time! If I have anymore problems with this company I will be reporting them to the insurance company and Trading Standards.
