General Comments

I have been with Budget Car Insurance for 3 yrs and am fed up with charges for every little change you want to make to your policy. I took out RAC last year I've only just been told its only for the car im insured on and wouldn € t cover me in any other car which I thought was unfair as I € d had RAC before and it was a personal breakdown policy. I have sold my car and wanted to freeze insurance just for a month but they don € t offer the service so they want £135 to cancel policy, I only have 3 months left on it, so I asked them could they take off RAC, for which they want to charge £25, I told them no because it works out more to cancel than just to keep policy going for 3 months, I wont be using them again and have told them to make sure they cancel my renewal straight away in September and to send me my NCB certificate. Wont be using cheap insurance companies again as they aren € t upfront! And don € t have a clue.
