Customer service.
Over a 19 hour flight, drinks were served 2 times. Water, apple juice, orange juice, and beer were the only options. Good food is the reason I give this flight 2 stars.
Some stewards and stewardesses were unhelpful and neglected to serve us when we requested water. Luggage, when we got it, was broken and several hundred dollars were missing. The zipper was broken, and the insert was torn in half. The money, hidden in a red packet inside some clothing, was gone. Customer service is deplorable. We called 8 times. 2 times we received wrong numbers at which to contact customer service. 4 times we received busy signals. The remaining two times, the customer service representative was unhelpful, the last of which hung up on me.
