I ordered a phone from PhoneBoxDirect , arrived quickly but that is expected from all companies. The problems started when they refused to give cashback on the basis that i filled out the claim form incorrectly. Luckily i had photocopied the form before i sent it and the reason they gave was that i didnt write the correct order number, which i checked i did from the photocopy. They refused to believe it and then said it has been over 30 days since we should have received your claim and now you wont get it! Terrible customer service. Stay away
