Excellent phone in all aspects, size, screen, outlook. Very good menu and I suggest the latest software update. Smooth transition from one menu to the other. You can download other software and make it look like a "true" Palm
Bad Points
No Bluetooth for voice (only data), small memory and the open speech could be better
General Comments
The Nokia 7650 is a fantastic phone. I keep track of my appointments very easily, very good contacts database and so easy to keep track of your e-mails through the GPRS connection. You can download software very easily without problems. When I bought it I put aside my Palm and I use it only to view Word or Excel files only.
The only real drawback I can see is that the memory is small. The non-existent voice Bluetooth is not a big problem and it could be even better if the open speech was louder.

i agree with all the above, i have owned my nokia 7650 for 13mths now and still wouldn't change. do all 7650 owners know that it is a video recorder as well. you need to download the software updtate from the nokia site.
