Customer service.
In my opinion, World of Wedding Favours has poor customer service. Our order was 3 items short meaning we didn't have enough favours for all the guests. Rather than promptly dispatching the missing 3 items, which I'd expected, I then had to enter into a prolonged e-mail exchange with them, during which they insisted they had sent the correct number. Then they just failed to reply to my e-mails. Still have not got the missing items. If you want a hassle free service for your wedding I'd recommend you go elsewhere.
