Bad Points
Automated telephone service, didn't return calls. Asked for refund on three occasions,didn't happen. 2-3 working days delivery , 2 weeks later no chair, fed up with excuses after 3 weeks reported it to paypal. Didn't replied to my emails through them. Awaiting outcome.
General Comments
Safe shopping online Logo, Geotrust doesn't look the same as on Geotrust site. Can't click on it to reveal details of company.
Were quick to respond to my email enquiring about office chairs.
They did offer me a refund but after two failed attempts delivering my chair I declined. Did not refund when I asked them to.
