You can tell your friend's you own a Stihl chainsaw to try to impress them.
Too much money for too little saw. Buy a Husqvarna or Echo and get better performance for much fewer dollars.
People buy the low-end Stihl's just to have the name brand, but the low-end models are not reliable OR well-built, compared to others. When I went to the Dealer for service, and they see it's a low-end "consumer" model, they just shrugged me off like when you have a Harley Sportster, and not a "real" Harley.
