Good Points

On-time, comfortable planes and good service.


Bad Points

Mid-way into the 11-hour flight the bathrooms became disgusting and the crew did not attend to them at all the entire flight.


General Comments

I fly all the time, but the 11 hours from JFK to CAIRO was the longest flight I ever took so I was hesitant...especially after reading many negative reviews about Egypt Air. I must say that aeroplane was not horrible, slightly more legroom than a regular plane I am used to. The staff was very attentive on going as well as the return flight. We had a fine experience with Egypt Air and everything went perfectly. On the way there a passenger got very sick and the crew couldn't have been more concerned and attentive -- much more than other crews I have flown on domestically.
