We've been visiting Nice and the rest of this amazing coastline for nearly 10 years. We never dreamed that one day we could own a little piece of what has become a haven for us.
We first read about TotallyRiviera in an article in the Guardian about 2 years ago. We decided to give them a go along with three or four other agents who (seemingly) offered the same service. Firstly, most of those other agents weren't particularly interested in us as we didn't have mega-bucks to spend. Those that did persevere were pushy beyond belief! One hard-sell entailed us being followed into breakfast at our hotel one morning to ask whether or not we'd made a decision! We had, we told her to get lost!
And then there was TotallyRiviera. Friendly, patient beyond all reasonable expectation (believe me, we took a long time to make a decision!), full of humour, well-informed and well-connected. Totally Riviera aren't just about the sale, they do after care as well! They put us in touch with people to service the apartment and an electrician; they even did some furniture removals with us!
We feel that even if we hadn't bought from them Dennis and his team would still have become our friends. They're great guys running a great company in a great part of the world. Property urchased on rue de la Croix in Nice Old Town
