UK based technical support available 7 days a week.
Personally receive very poor download speed of 600Kb on their business ADSL service as far as I am concerned, despite offering "up to 8Mb unlimited download." Tech support answer was to request we upgrade to new package. Our line was confirmed by Eclipse to support 6Mb prior to placing our order.
Our line tested at 6Mb download and we signed unlimited Level 2 business ADSL contract at £39.99+VAT per month on 04/04/08. Actual speed 600Kb/s. Called technical support who said they offer no guarantee of speed and that our package was now obsolete (after only one week!) and we needed to upgrade to £49.99 for the new unlimited package as the new packages were being given contention priority over the "old" packages (including our new service).
Now resolved by moving provider and paying £69 cancellation fee to cancel contract for a speed that we could never achieve with the package supplied. Would not recommend Eclipse for serious business ADSL.
