Cheap and usually reliable if slow connection.
Personally did not like the website, and the bits that work are jumbled and personally find difficult to use, web based correspondence is non-existent, call centres based abroad make for slow and unreliable customer service in my opinion. Therefore I do not recommend virgin.net.
