Customer Service, Speed , Reliability
Been a Supanet customer for over 5 years, 1mb service was good then 2mb came along, again good, switched to 8mb at the end of my contract as this was cheaper. Should have looked around for a better provider as it has been appalling, kept getting told would need to let the system settle down, BT told me there was no problem with my line and that it was an ISP issue. Supanet not interested even after receiving all my speed test data. So rang for a mac code (40min on hold) rang back to be answered but a guy with attitude and told service would be cancelled WITHIN 30 Days and mac code should be received in 5 working days as the law allows them that time. given assurances that would not terminate service till end of 30 days (We will see). Do not use Supanet even if they are the last ISP on earth, you would get a better service by printing out your email and sending it in the post.
