No complaints about the actual wine, was very impressed and I liked the way customers rate online.
Poor customer service. Special offers and discounts designed to get you to sign up to a regular order. Misleading information and overselling.
Be very careful when buying a crate of wine as things aren't as clear as I'd like. At the time they did not state that any money would be charged in the future, let alone how much, or how regularly. Their email (which I don't get until after I'd committed myself) states "So every three months we write to you to recommend the best of the up-and-coming wines we have discovered that quarter. Whether or not you take the case is up to you. When we recommend wines to you, you have the choice of taking the case, or changing it to suit your tastes, skipping altogether - or even cancelling your membership." Charges weren't as regular as I'd have liked which was frustrating.
