I have placed an order with the Soapcenter.co.uk for nearly £ 1200 in FEBRUARY 2008. They have received my payment, I have opened a new shop with provisions for soaps, bathbombs and salts. All in all about a third of the shop was set aside for their items. The shop is now open, I had to content with customers who asked for soaps (as I had advertised) and all I could say was that my delivery was delayed etc.... So it looks like they are quite happy to take your money (lots of it) but then do not deliver on time. I am now going through the Department of Fair Trading complaints procedure and also take legal steps for loss of income and compensation.
