I purchased this phone believing it was an upgrade from its predecessor, the 6230i. It is in fact a downgrade as you are unable to make personalised voice tags. This means that your voice needs to match that of stephen hawking in order to make a call. Even worse, the phone's voice tags are allocated to one tag per name rather than one tag per number. Do not buy this phone if you are interested in having something with good hands free potential.
Seriously annoyed with Carphone Warehouse for selling me this phone when I was buying a hands free kit at the same time and they knew I used voice dialling consistently.
