General Comments
Very bad service, terrible, it may have been a cheap flight but no one deserved to be treated the way we were. I would never recommend xl flights to anyone. Our flight was delayed for 22 hours because a problem with the plane. And then we were taken from reus airport to the borders of france, a two hour bus journey. For the first 7 hours of the 22, we were left with no information, and the holiday rep was no where to be seen. We were very distressed. They gave us a light snack at the airport because of our long delay, but that was it.
