Good at grating cheese, whisking egg whites, making breadcrumbs. Good for pulverising vegetables!
It breaks to easily.
My Magimix 4200 regularly if used for mixing dough- the shearing force on the spindle is too much for it. Even though I follow the instructions to the letter.
It is hard to slice neatly because it whizzes so fast you cannot control the feed direction. You cannot dice. The Julienne sticks are so short and thin they may as well be grated.
