Difficult to think of anything from my experience.
I am desperately trying to get into my email account but simply not letting me in as far as I am concerned. This with service drop outs that are as regular as bad weather in the UK and you wonder if BT have any standards at all.
It looks like I am part of the majority here but guess by the amount of adverse comments there is little hope of improvement in my opinion therefore I do not recommend BT broadband
