Good Points

Originally willing to make changes as needed.

Bad Points

Payment was received by them, but no tickets were issued yet.

General Comments

While they appeared to be helpful, so far they have not reliable. Tickets are still not issued for flights departing in 1 week's time, though payment was received 2 weeks ago. Based on that not recommended.

    I have been chasing 1st Air for several weeks. They refuse to answer emails promptly and give a straight answer. I still have not tickets though I am supposed to fly tomorrow.

    I will NEVER use 1st Air for anything ever again.
