Great service, excellent manner, never had problems with the car I bought, I would fully recommend this company as I € ve been back twice now and bin happy all the way.

Not enough choice on the forecourt but when you want a car if they have it at another branch they will go get it for you a sales assistant drove 2 hours there and 2 hours back to deliver me a golf top job ACF.

I feel I read a lot of these comments with one thing in mind the only reason you go to these companies like ACF is because like me you € ve had problems some people go there cause even though they make enough money they refuse to pay for things and you have to go to this place because you have been refused everywhere else in some cases. like me I went through a messy divorce and ended up borderline bankrupt these people helped me repair my credit and get back on track, the I wanted a BMW and now because iv repaired my credit I € m looking to go to a BMW dealer and get one again thank you ACF obviously if you have had hardships like I did then its not your fault but I was sat next to someone who was bottom of the bottom almost declined and would not accept any less than an Audi A4 for £110 a month no deposit no part-ex, be real you cant be picky when you go to these places there not there for the cars there to help you keep that in mind when you read these posts its your own fault your in this position so let them help they helped me and I € m all the better for it.

  I have an appointment at their Lakeside branch on Fri. I figured I'd read the reviews on this company (to be on the safe side I suppose). Obviously, the first 2 reviews about ACF were horrendous. So, feeling quite distraught that I'm about to make a big mistake, I'm glad I found your review. I definitely agree with you about going to places like ACF and not being picky, considering they (and their lenders) are putting themselves out on the line to help those who are less fortunate due to their credit history. Having said that, I'm still keeping an open mind about what you've said and what the other two people posted as their review of ACF. My only query is, ACF's website is asking for a 44.9% APR typical. Do you know if this is negotiable, i.e. higher deposit, higher monthly, lower APR? I don't mind paying a higher APR so long as the monthly's doable with my income. In regards to a vehicle, I think almost every review I read mentioned the fact that ACF had limited vehicles to offer. I guess now I know that I shouldn't just be looking to getting an Audi A3.
