Very customized look.
Easy to work with.
No training required.
Very good for big organizations having more than 500 users for project management.
Bad Points
Costlier
Pre Sales Post sales and support is not available accordingly.
Not so effective for small and mid sized organizations.
General Comments
It is really a great project management tool to work with.
But pricing is higher comparatively. Features are very good. But I will prefer products like Celoxis as it is available for much lower price than that of @task and other applications listed in the Top 10 review.
New release of Celoxis is really very fantastic and some very
productive features has been added. Some which I observed are as follows
1.Custom report,
2. Time Sheet- estimated hours,actual hours, task hierarchy
3. individual working hours- very effective for the multinationals operating from different location etc.
4. add/edit task has been more simplified.
5. Celoxis people has used a new technology AJAX to improve the speed.
More ever I found them very prompt to the services. You take their trial account they will call you through phone to monitor your progress and help you out if you have any problem during your evaluation process. Same about their support team.
