None as far as I am concerned.


Bad Points

I personally feel I received incorrect billing for Toucan, unhelpful customer service in my opinion, was not happy with the routine of the bills and contracts, I payed for things I personally did not want, make you pay for calls that should be reduced in my opinion.


General Comments

I have been with them for broadband and phone for 18 months and have had nothing but trouble as far as I am concerned with the staff and billing. It got so bad that I refused to pay my billing by direct debit. However as far as I am aware I still got charged, I have provided both online and on the phone friend and family numbers over 15 times (probably a lot more) and still it doesn't work for me! I asked them to remove mobile saver package, but as far as I am aware they have not yet done this. I have now migrated over to o2 and despite telling toucan of my intended move at the beginning of May, and my transfer being the 28th may they are still adamant I have to pay for their broadband until the 18th June! Funny but when I called to request my MAC code they didn't mention that as far as I can remember.

Also when I complained I was 'guaranteed' a call back from a team leader within 48 hours as far as I am aware, however it took me 3months of constant calling to get a reply in my opinion!

I have experienced unhelpful staff, on once complained at being wrongly billed one women asked me what I wanted, when I replied my money back she pointed out I had already had some free credit from them! The so called free credit was because my parents transfered to toucan the month after me and used my name as a recommendation, it was their off not mine!

I've now moved my broadband to O2 and my phone back to BT.
