The plane lands safe!
Where should I start?
30 April 2008 I went to Pakistan. The flight was so terrible. First of all, I begged them for a seat in Economy Plus in stead of economy class( I was even willing to pay more for it), but they said its al full booked. Yet, there where no more than TWO people in the economy plus area en the rest was empty!!
Second,the flight went from Paris to Italy and stopped there for 2 hours! They didn't even asked the passenger if they would to drink something.
Third, I had such a headache I wanted to take an Asprin so I asked for tea. They said to me, OK we will bring it in a minute. That minute is still counting......tik tik tik ..I didnt got tea at all!! They even said to me "there is no electricity to make tea" I and a lot of others passenger where shocked, NO electricity??? How is that possible?? Really bad service.
Next to me was sitting a child, he wanted to drink some juice( ALL KIDS WANT THAT) even he didn't get it!
Don't think this is my first time I travelled with PIA. I am travelling my whole life with PIA!! and its getting every time more bad!
I think if PIA airline crew will learn more manners and learn how to give good service maybe it does have a chance that Pakistani people will not fly anymore with Gulf or Emirates or Itehaad airlines and will join PIA! But its all up to PIA itself. I hope in the future the PIA will take some lessons from other airlines and will become something to be proud of it.
ps: This only counts for international flights. I don't have complaints about domestic flights. I travel every time with PIA from Lahore to Quetta and Quetta tot Lahore and that service is not bad!
