Instant Information controls, good communication facilities in place.
Our website is currently down, we have had a number of incidents where this has happened - no information given as to why. They don't deal with enquiries in a prompt manner, in my opinion. 24/7 support (Email Only) what's the point - you might as well have a week off. Support needs to be instant.
We require our website being up and running 100%, a large proportion of sales come through internet sales - We can't afford the loss of service. Customers will not bother coming back if the service of the internet is not maintained.
If maintenance is planned then they need to make arrangements for this. Who knows - if this is the case because they don't provide any information.
