Smooth, fast, reliable, good handling, excellent balance on wheelies.
Hard seat, tall first gear.
I love the Yamaha R1, owned a 2005 and rode it for 15,000 miles with no problems. Just bought a 2008 black R1 and I love it even more. My main complaint is the uncomfortable shared seat.
