Good Points

Bad Points

Have not received my claims ( £130 less £50 excess) money still after 2 weeks.Strange thou i have received 3 requests to renew my policy for another year in the last 3 weeks.Like the rest they take but do not give.

General Comments

I have always sent my annual payment on time but that has stopped now, i shall simply put money aside each month. I have found simply by asking the vet how long a problem is going to go on for with your pet you find out how much it is likely to cost. If its something silly like £1500- £2000 well new pups are cheaper(sorry).
