Fantastic suction, quiet, good quality toolkit, parts/bags easy and cheap to buy, ultra reliable and just that little bit different from the norm.

I've had my Henry for 18 years now and its never missed a beat. Apart from a faulty switch which cost £2.50 and about 10mins to replace. As long as you replace the bag when it starts to get full and put the filter in the washing machine every 6 months or so, suction will stay as strong as ever. I went from laminate to thick carpet so I bought the Airobrush attachment for around £25 and now Henry works just as good as any upright vacuum on carpets.
