Best things were the pricing for selection and the finance terms. We had been looking for an HP laptop for some time, and found Comet actually had the best price and a display unit so my wife could decide which one she really wanted. Their financing terms, which we hadn't planned on using, just made it that much sweeter.
Yes, their displays were dirty, and computers seemed like an afterthought to them, with the display area for pc's untidy, and chaotic.
We haven't had to make use of their after market service, instead relying on HP when we had an issue with the computer. But, I must say their prices were the best for an item we could have bought at 10 different shops. I would recommend for pc purchases.
