Ultra reliable, great suction, good quality tool kit, parts/bags and accesorys are easy to find and cheap to buy, so cute!
None.
I've had my Henry for 18 years now and thought that I had to comment on what a great little vacuum this is. The only problem I've ever had was a faulty switch which cost £2.50 and about 10 minutes to replace. As long as the bag is changed regularly and the filter is put in the washing machine every 6 months or so, suction stays as strong as ever. My Henry gets used everyday not only for general vacuuming but also for tougher stuff like DIY and cleaning the cars out and he's never missed a beat. I've recently gone from laminate to thick carpet too and so I bought the Airobrush attachment from Numatic, which is basically an air driven power brush and now Henry works just as well on carpets as any uprights.
I'd suggest however that if you have a really big house or you're a contract cleaner, then go for the larger capacity NRV370 or 380 models which are exactly the same as a Henry just with bigger dust bags that dont fill up so quick. I found that when I was a cleaner, our Henrys used to go through bags like anything, which is probably a good thing because it shows just how much dirt Henrys pick up.
