On Board Service (Cloud Nine), Airline Employees , good food and drinks! stop over in addis in excellent "sheratonaddis"
outstanding and just this is worth to fly "cloud nine" !
Bad Points
Flights being "on time" on the African Continent!!
But i beieve thats a general issue!
General Comments
I flew in cloud nine from washington via addis to lusaka and back ! very confortable 767 !!
inbound to africa no problems at all!
stay over night in addis in an amazing and outstanding sheraton/addis !
connectflight to lusaka next day in an older 757 but ok since not to busy! FA's very attantive and good service and food/drinks!
return started with an 3 hours late flight coming from harare!
"free seating" and flight overbooked! thanks god only for economy!
connect flight in addis waiting for us!
no complications at all!
luggage arrived in time and ethiopian employees are very attentive and concerned about theyr passangers!!!
very pleased and will use them again for sure!
