Good Points

Online system is really easy to use. People at claims line are really friendly.


Bad Points

Cant call about purchasing your policy if you dont have online access.


General Comments

I have taken up a policy with Swift Cover and unfortunately had to make a claim last week. I must say that the service offered when I called to register the claim was fantastic, and my car is already in the garage and nearly fixed. The hire car was a great investment - cheap as chips and a rather nippy little thing! Fun! All in all, a not so pleasant experience, made much better by decent customer service and friendly accesible staff.
