Good Points

Excellent customer service, very friendly and very helpful, would defo recommend.
The best bridal shop I have visited and I have visited a lot.

General Comments

I first visited Always & Forever Bridal Boutique last April, the staff were so enthusiastic and lovely. I didn't fall in love with any of the dresses there so I ended up purchasing my dress from another shop. What a big mistake that was. On the day of getting my dress, staff were very friendly but, it all went down hill from there.
I picked my dress up then a couple of months ago and realised on that day, I didnt have a veil or tiara to match, so I took my dress to Always and Forever ( cheeky I know). They were so helpful they let me bring my dress in to the shop where they matched my veil and tiara to it. Again, they are so lovely and I do wish I would of got my dress from them, they even gave me a recommendation of a lady they use so I can get my dress altered.
I cannot thank them enough for helping me that day. I was close to tears when dealing with the other company.
Always and forever staff made me feel like a bride again.
